Statement of Purpose

The Journal of Real Estate Analysis (JREA) is a professional journal published three times a year.

The Journal of Real Estate Analysis aims to provide a forum for research presentation and academic debate and discussion and to contribute to the accumulation and academic exchange of real estate-related knowledge through publishing professional and creative research articles that have theoretical, empirical and policy values in the areas of real estate and its relevant disciplines.

We welcome submissions from relevant experts and researchers in universities, research institutes, and government organizations as well as researchers of the REB Real Estate Research Institute.
